You're not good enough, smart enough, thin enough, or accomplished enough!
You name it and every day you're receiving messages aimed at convincing you that you have to be someone other than who you already are in order to feel good about yourself.
The result is:
The truth is your sense of worth or value cannot be measured by things outside of you. And if you can embrace the truth of your enoughness then it becomes possible for you to be:
Yet, I know most women don't believe this is true or even possible. I can almost hear you saying "yeah, but.." as you read this.
If this resonates with you then I invite you to join me for The Enoughness Challenge. Let's look at and celebrate all the ways you are already enough. Without changing a single thing, we'll uncover why you, EXACTLY as you are today, are more than enough.
Together, let's move you from stressed out, insecure, and overwhelmed trying to prove you are enough to more ease, confidence, and peace of mind.
I've invited some friends of mine to join me in supporting you. During this challenge we'll be discussing enoughness in 6 different areas of your life:
Every day, from May 18th - May 23rd, you'll receive an Enoughness Gram covering one of these areas. Think of the Enoughness Gram as a love letter reminding you just how wonderfully enough you ALREADY are in these areas of your life.
In addition, daily prompts will challenge you to find tangible ways to celebrate and own your enoughness. You’ll be invited to share those celebrations inside our private Facebook Group.
My goal is that at the end of the challenge you will have a toolbox of resources that you can come back to when you need to remember that you are enough. When life gets crazy and the gremlins start creeping back into your head and heart, open up your toolbox and remind yourself of the truth of your enoughness.
Plus on Wednesday, May 24th we'll wrap up the challenge with a FREE training and coaching call.
Topic: What To Do When You Forget You Are Enough?
Hi there! I'm Makeda and I am a certified Life Coach though I prefer to think of myself as a Mindset & Empowerment Coach.
I have two decades of experience in personal and leadership development. Yet there was a time in my life when my fears and self-doubt kept me playing small. I once gave up a promotion I was offered beause I believed I was not good enough. True story!
After navigating multiple, major life and career changes, I firmly believe that fear is temporary but regret is permanent. I use the lessons I've learned to support women who are facing a crossroads in their life, find their brave and rise into their greatness.
I specialize in tools and strategies for dealing with negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and the fears that keep you stuck living a life that’s less than the one you are capable of living. I can be found at www.makedapennycooke.com
