The Enoughness Challenge

6 days to owning and celebrating the fact that you are ALREADY enough!

What would change if you DARED to believe and accept that you ARE enough?

You're not good enough, smart enough, thin enough, or accomplished enough!  

You name it and every day you're receiving messages aimed at convincing you that you have to be someone other than who you already are in order to feel good about yourself.  

The result is:

  • You're stressed out from the pressure to do everything perfectly.
  • You play the comparison game and feel like you come up short in every area of your life.
  • You're uncomfortable in your body and spend a lot of time putting yourself down, wishing you looked "better".
  • You don't speak up or share your opinions because you think you're not as smart as everyone else in the room.
  • You say YES to everyone else and have little to no time for yourself because you don't want to let anyone down. 
  • You're overwhelmed from trying to do it all but you're ashamed to ask for help because you "should" be able to handle it all by yourself.  


The truth is your sense of worth or value cannot be measured by things outside of you. And if you can embrace the truth of your enoughness then it becomes possible for you to be:

  • More confident in who you are and the gifts you have to offer.
  • Courageous and brave as you speak up and share your thoughts and opinions.
  • Less stressed because you have stronger boundaries and say no more often.
  • Energized and excited about life.
  • Relaxed and at ease so you can enjoy and be full present with family and friends.


Yet, I know most women don't believe this is true or even possible. I can almost hear you saying "yeah, but.." as you read this.

Every day, from May 18th - May 23rd, you'll receive an Enoughness Gram covering one of these areas. Think of the Enoughness Gram as a love letter reminding you just how wonderfully enough you ALREADY are in these areas of your life.  

In addition, daily prompts will challenge you to find tangible ways to celebrate and own your enoughness. You’ll be invited to share those celebrations inside our private Facebook Group. 

My goal is that at the end of the challenge you will have a toolbox of resources that you can come back to when you need to remember that you are enough. When life gets crazy and the gremlins start creeping back into your head and heart, open up your toolbox and remind yourself of the truth of your enoughness.
